What Events or Associations use the Smooth Elements Chart for Closed level Smooth style competition invigilation?

USA - The NDCA uses a slightly modified version (to account for grandfathered in legacy steps), the NDCA exceptions can be seen here.

England - The Blackpool Dance Festival uses the GSS Smooth Elements Chart.
